Cornerstone Creek is our most ambitious project yet, with 450 homes planned to provide affordable housing for hardworking Oklahomans. Spread over 160 acres at the corner of North Morgan Road and 150th, the first 91 homes are set to be completed in mid-2026. We already have more than 40 families moved in!
